Owner Roberta Depillo has over 25 years experience in the food service business. She spent over 15 years learning the industry before getting her culinary degree in 1996.
Soon after graduating she founded Culinary Arts Catering in Roseburg, Oregon. Her continued success allowed her to expand the business to include a full service restaurant, The Villiage Bistro and Bakery which she operated until 2001. Turning over a healthy operation to her business partner, she set her sites on Southern California to be closer to her family.
Since relocating to California, Roberta has worked for the highly acclaimed Patina group as a Sous Chef and as a banquet chef for the St Regis Resort in Dana Point. In addition she has independantly catered numerous private functions for friends and thier associates. |
